an lovely experience with warm hospitality and lovely buggy rides

I felt enveloped in tranquility amid the chaos of Varanasi. The gardens were a splendid escape, and the horse-drawn carriage ride added a nostalgic charm to our stay.

The expansive grounds were perfect for my family, and the staff even arranged a celebratory cake for my child's birthday, a lovely touch. We also enjoyed the music at the restaurant during dinner.

My kids wished for more play areas designed for young children.

incredible staff and excellent location by everything i liked, everything was amazing. high quality food and perfect room - had a memorable stay for 4 nights. and my bathroom was beautiful. the breakfast was delicious, the check in was early. no worries about free wi-fi throughout the property. it worked quickly.

It had typical views.

The room was decent sized with a mini-fridge-bar and coffee/tea making machines.

Peaceful location in the hotel's very own organic garden and view of golf course. Also - just next door to beautiful gardens and Varanasi-one of the spiritual capitals of the world and the Ganges.

Staying at Taj Nadesar Palace was like a dream. The suite was an exquisite blend of elegance and comfort, and the lush gardens created a peaceful retreat. One morning, I enjoyed my tea surrounded by beautiful parakeets singing-a moment of pure bliss.

The steep steps to the ghat were quite a workout each time I ventured out. The service, while friendly, sometimes lacked the smoothness expected from a five-star hotel-small hiccups that were noticeable during peak times.

Is it really that good? My take

The room was exquisitely decorated, blending modern luxury with charming old-world details. Every meal was a culinary delight, improved with attentive service and live music that created a magical dining atmosphere.

The hotel, though fine, is small and may not offer enough activity options for those seeking extensive entertainment. Limited outdoor leisure areas were noticeable compared to larger resorts.

Nadesar Palace evokes a royal charm with its historical ambiance and beautifully maintained grounds. The grand bathtub in the Historical Suite was a welcome treat after a day of exploration. The limited food options were a bit disappointing, as was the necessity to use a car for every outing.

The suites are wonderful, and the hotel itself is fine. Staff were pretty good too help, fulfilling any request I had. The dining experience was good, with a menu that offers plenty of options. I enjoyed my time here 🌟

Just a good pick for a short layover in Varanasi with good value for cost. The staff was genuinely helpful, our needs were met throughout our stay. Check out the organic garden for fresh veggie options during meals.

Staying here was so nice! The Historical Suite had air conditioning, a spacious private bathroom with a grand bathtub, and a nice seating area. I loved the outdoor dining area where we enjoyed a tasty breakfast. Spa facilities were on point, with a massage that was just heavenly after exploring. They really focused on comfort.

Nadesar Palace reminded me of stepping into a royal retreat. The estate boasts extensive, beautifully manicured grounds ideal for serene walks, a necessary contrast to the bustling chaos of Varanasi. My room, a Historical Suite, overflowed with old-world charm and comfort. I loved the grand bathtub and the sitting area. Dining was a treat, with delicious meals, especially the Thali dinner, accompanied by live music. Horse-drawn carriage rides added a lovely touch to our stay and provided a unique way to explore the hotel. The service lacked the refinement I expected from a luxury hotel. While friendly, staff members sometimes seemed overwhelmed. I encountered some inconveniences, such as having to temporarily relocate to the Gateway Hotel due to security issues. Although this experience was managed well by their staff, it disrupted our initial plans. Despite a few bumps, the charm of the palace was nice.

The hotel was somewhat limited in outdoor leisure options for children.

The staff here were so friendly and helpful. the location is really convenient, close to everything we wanted to see and nice and peaceful. We enjoyed a delicious meal at the poolside restaurant nearby. 😊
